problem-solution Many years ago I developed this problem solving formula that has gotten me through a lot of difficult times. While I probably  pieced it together from various books I read over the years and can’t name the sources or the origins, it’s the end result that counts.

5 Problem-Solving Questions to Arrive at a Solution:

  1. What is great about this problem?
  2. What is not perfect yet?
  3. What am I willing to do to make it the way I want it?
  4. What am I willing to NO LONGER DO in order to make it the way I want it?
  5. How can I enjoy the process while I do what is necessary to make it the way I want it?

Not only do asking yourself these questions help with business decisions, I discovered they help cut away the fluff to reveal the bare essence of personal problems too. More importantly, they help by acting as a compass in navigating you to a solution. Try it out and let me know how it works for you!
