If you’ve been following our posts, you know that Jeff Ensign is attempting to lose 50 pounds through healthy eating coupled with exercise. Jeff is following the Medifast eating program consisting of 5 Medifast meals and one regular meal of  lean protein and two cups of veggies for the past two weeks. He is also exercising two times a week in the lunch time classes here at Optimum Condition.

Jeff just blew through another awesome workout yesterday. He’s back on track and really focused on hitting his goal. Yesterday’s workout was a a lot different from the previous 30-minute workout he did on Tuesday. It’s important to shock the body as much as possible by changing things up, as that improves results. So yesterday Jeff performed all different exercises as compared to Tuesday. He was a bit tired afterward but happy he came as he’s  feeling on top of the world again.
