out of time Not having enough time to exercise is probably one of the top reasons people give for not doing it. Like anything else, it’s a matter of prioritizing and placing value on your health. That being said, here are the top five things that I find helpful in carving time out of your schedule to exercise:

1) Exercise in the morning before your day starts to fill up

2) Plan your day out and set aside a block of time specifically for exercise

3) Build it into your family time and exercise with your kids or spouse

4) Sign up for an exercise class that fits your interest

5) Hire a trainer to schedule exercise for you and hold you accountable
