The Proactive Life
This marks the first article on my newly rededicated blog, The Proactive Life: Living Your Life to the Optimum! From this point forward, the blog will focus on educating people on various topics related to good health practices. Good health is a foundational piece of the happy life pie – mind, BODY, and soul.
Getting to this point required me to step away to decide what knowledge I wanted to communicate, how I’d do it, and who the end recipient will be. Even though good health should be important to everyone, the reality is that it is not. With that in mind, hopefully this blog reaches the people that can benefit from it.
My hope is that I can introduce new information to the reader that helps in their pursuit to live life to the optimum. Our society tends to place responsibility for our health on the shoulders of doctors, instead of taking responsibility ourselves. In the end, it is up to us to take control of our own health and create the best life possible by living it proactively.
