Jeff was back in the studio yesterday for his 30-minute lunch time workout. This week we stepped it up a notch and performed some higher intensity exercises for 45 second intervals. Jeff worked the TRX, doing a chest press and later bicep curl, and he worked in the stability ball with reverse leg curls. Body weight training was used for dips, hanging abdominals, and oblique exercises, and Jeff really cranked his metabolism up with the plyo box jumps, jump rope, and boxing intervals in between. We also incorporated some medicine ball training and dumbbells for a full workout after the holiday. Jeff’s pumped and feeling good about being back on track. Even with the temporary setback, Jeff is down 3 more pounds. Check out his power pic!
