Jeff Ensign is an eager beaver and lookin’ to tip the scales again in his favor come Monday. Jeff kicked butt in another lunch time workout yesterday. He’s really digging deep to find every bit of inner strength he used to not tap into, but now he’s leaving everything he’s got at the training center. Yesterday we worked a different circuit with Jeff doing 45-second intervals again, but this time Jeff started with a TRX row, followed by a plank to focus on the core, he also worked the Perfect Push-ups, a round on the heavy bag, coupled with a number of free weight exercises, but not necessarily in that order. We minimized his resting times, and Jeff was definitely sucking wind and pretty spent by the time we finished. Keep up the good work, Jeff!
