Drop Body Fat
To drop body fat is contrary to what a lot of people think. You can’t spot reduce fat. That means that no matter how many crunches or sit-ups you do, that alone cannot give you a six pack.
For starters, genetics play a huge part. I have known people that never exercise and did all the things you shouldn’t do and still had a six pack, and I’ve known those that did everything right but could never get one.
The best way to burn stored body fat is eating a healthy diet low in fat, sugar, and high in fiber, combined with cardiovascular exercise of 30-45 minutes and resistance training. If you exercise first thing in the morning, you are more likely to tap into stored body fat and not the calories from foods you consumed throughout the day.
