Today’s exercise is a bit more advanced, but can easily be modified for beginners. To begin, place your stability ball on the floor and while standing over the ball, place your hands on top of the ball so that your thumbs and index fingers touch forming a triangle shape. Now walk your feet back away from the ball until you are in a push-up position over the ball. With your feet about shoulder width apart, lower your chest towards the ball then push back up to the starting position for a tricep push-up. This will definitely gets your tris burning! For an easier version, place the ball next to the wall and perform the same exercise but from your knees. Gradually as you get stronger you should be able to progress to the advanced version.
