After many requests for help and countless questions over the years on how to stay accountable, we’ve started working on a fitness coaching program to help people with that very problem.
It came to our attention that not everyone can afford a trainer and many people don’t know what to do on their own. Entry into the coaching program will be available for as little as $17/ month investment. There will be 3 levels depending on what you need, and the higher levels will allow for up to a 50% discount on our services if you live in the local San Diego area.
All levels will include professionally designed home or gym workouts and unlimited phone, text, and email support. The middle and upper levels will most likely include weekly coaching accountability calls, travel workouts, and homework assignments. And all levels will come with a money back guarantee.
The downside is that we will only be allowing a certain number of people into the coaching program so that we can maintain a very high level of service for our members. We are still working out the details so stay tuned!
