Just a reminder that we’ll be hosting the Senior Olympics games this Saturday, September 13th from 10:00am-4:00pm. Come on down if you’d like to witness some awesome athleticism from our local seniors! They will be 6 fitness events total and athletes will be competing in the areas of strength, cardiovascular capacity, agility, and power.

1) Push-ups

3) Plank
4) Jumping jacks
5) Jump rope
6) Standing Broad Jump
