Unfortunately, Jeff was feeling under the weather yesterday and missed his lunch time workout. While people have mixed opinions about whether or not someone should exercise when they are sick, I personally think it’s up to the individual. When I’m first starting to come down with something, I try to drink more fluids than normal, take a mega dose of Vitamin D (studies are showing that it can eradicate or at a minimum decrease cold symptoms) and get some extra sleep. For me that’s usually all it takes if I catch it early enough. I should mention that the vitamin D part I continue for three days. But I usually feel a lot better the next day by doing this. Anyway, let’s hope Jeff is feeling better and back in the studio tomorrow for his workout. Oh, and Jeff’s in luck…Medifast even includes chicken noodle soup!
