The core roll-out is a great exercise to increase core strength. Using a stability ball, kneel down on the floor with the ball placed in front of you. Place your hands on the ball, but not exactly on top, put them a few inches down from the very top, closer to your body. With your body upright, in a straight line from your knees up, roll the stability ball forward, away from you. As your body straightens out, the ball will roll up higher on your arms towards your body. Stop when you can’t go any further, then return to the starting position. If it’s a little too difficult at first, build up to rolling out the full distance by stopping a little earlier when it  gets too difficult. Over time, you’ll see your core strength increase. Give it a try!
