We are very happy to announce our 2 most recently added classes, Yoga and Kickboxing! While we’ve had an existing Yoga class on Wednesday afternoons, we recently decided to add a second Yoga class on Monday evenings from 5:00-6:00pm, after several requests from our members. Michelle Rybar joined our team a few months back and is teaching the Monday evening Yoga, while Laura McCorry, who has been with us for quite a while, continues running our awesome Wednesday Yoga class.
We’ve also just added a Kickboxing & Conditioning class to our lineup which takes place Saturday mornings from 9:00-10:00am. Lonnie Allen, a Blackbelt in American Kickboxing is instructing the class, which combines cardio kickboxing with conditioning drills for a super fun workout.
So if you’ve been thinking about trying something new, come on down and take a free intro class to experience them firsthand!
